Day of Coordination
For all the couples that just need someone to facilitate the wedding day and answer any hiccups that arise. Two months before the wedding day, we will meet and go over all the details. I will create the schedule and run of show, along with communicate with all vendors.
The Process
Onboarding
After the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, I will send over your wedding folder. While you are planning your wedding and signing on vendors, you will upload their contracts to the folder and input all of the vendors contact information.
Lets chat and eat tots
Two months out, we will have our first meeting (probs at a local pub) or meet virtually and talk all the wedding details! Afterwards I will coordinate and discuss logistics with all of your vendors.
Lets party
Eeek! It’s your wedding day! While you are getting ready, I will be setting up the wedding spaces and prepping. Your jaw will drop when you see the space be transformed to what you imagined. It’s a pretty fun time.

Day of Wedding
-Twelve hours on your wedding day
