-Manage contracts, payments, and timelines for each vendor
-Communication and coordination with all vendors from start to finish
-Create a detailed wedding day timeline
-Assist with managing the guest list, including tracking RSVP’s and meal preferences

Wedding Weekend:
- During the rehearsal dinner, be the main point of contact for all vendors
-Facilitate ceremony rehearsal
-Set up any personal decor for the rehearsal dinner
-Unlimited time on your wedding day
-Guide all scheduled events and manage timeline.
-Address and resolve any hiccups as they arise
-Oversee clean up of ceremony and reception site, including clean up of personal decor

THE PROCESS
It’s Official
I’m here to create your wedding of your dreams. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, I will send over a wedding questionnaire, so I can learn all of your wants for your wedding day, and the icks you do not want to see. We will then have our kick-off meeting to discuss your personalized budget and the next steps to start the planning and design.
Planning & Design
I will create your wedding design deck for every element of the wedding day, with real rentals and mockups. We will discuss the whole vision and confirm all the details. We will book all the vendors that match your budget and style.
Let’s Party
The day we have been waiting for! While you are getting ready, I will be setting up the wedding spaces and prepping. Your jaw will drop when you see the space come to life. It’s a pretty fun time.
